Not all conditions are appropriate for telehealth.Please ask the staff to make sure your email address is correct and in your file.If you call after the staff has left, press option #2 on our voicemail to have us paged for an afternoon telehealth appointment.If possible have your child's weight, pulse, temperature vailable prior to the callPlease be sure that you are somewhere safe (not driving or walking) and that you are somewhere that offers you enough privacy for your comfort level.Please be aware that we will bill your insurance for these visits, and that you will be responsible for any copays or other payments as your insurance dictates.
